Terms of sale
These terms apply to gift vouchers bought on this site. A voucher filled in at the restaurant follows the rules written on it.

The voucher
A gift voucher is worth the amount paid at Le Kozy restaurant: from €20 to €500, in whole euros, all taxes included. It comes off a bill and gives no other right. It carries a number and a check code.
Price and payment
You pay the amount of the voucher, with no fees. You pay by bank card on Stripe's secure page, and Stripe collects the money on the restaurant's behalf. The sale is complete when Stripe confirms the payment.
Delivery
The voucher goes by email to the address you give, within a minute of payment. The email holds a link to display, download and print it. If it has not arrived within an hour, write to us or call us and we will send it again.
Validity and use
The voucher is valid for one year from the day of payment, and its end date is written on it. You hand it over when the bill comes, printed or on a phone. It can be used once: if the bill comes to less than its amount, the restaurant does not give back the difference. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
The number and the code
Before accepting a voucher, the restaurant checks its number and code, then marks it as used. Whoever shows a number and its code first uses the voucher: keep them between you and the person you are giving it to. As long as the voucher has not been used, the restaurant can send it again to the address used for the purchase.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from the purchase to change your mind, with no reason needed, as long as the voucher has not been used. Write to lekozy-bsm@outlook.fr or call 04 79 09 85 13. The restaurant refunds the card you used within fourteen days of your request, and the voucher stops being valid.
